Our Team of Experts
Vanessa Spiron, founder of Spiron Solutions, has over 20 years of professional experience in teaching and leading others. Much of her career has been serving others in the nonprofit sector. Vanessa is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, and Speaker and is also trained in Group Facilitation. She is an adjunct Public Speaking and Communications instructor and has taught hundreds of trainings at local, state, and regional levels to audiences of all ages and backgrounds. In training, Vanessa incorporates engaging methods, personal stories, and research-based information to guide participants to “ah-ha” moments of change and bettering themselves.
With experience in Non-Profit, Organizational, and Business Development work, she is also skilled in helping others present their best selves and their organizations. Spiron Solutions is Vanessa’s dream come true allowing her to use her passions to help others to be successful. Vanessa is married to her husband Chip, and they have two boys, Charlie & Jameson.
Message from the Founder, Vanessa Spiron
“Spiron Solutions was started because I wanted to share with others what I have learned on my personal and professional journey. Everyone goes through experiences that teaches them. I am no different. My experiences have helped me to see things from others’ perspectives and helps me challenge people to think outside of their norm.
A major influence in my life was growing up with a brother who was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy and became wheelchair-bound at the age of two. This experience was one of the biggest factors in who I am today. I share this story and how it helped me develop empathy in my Emotional Intelligence training and keynote speaking opportunity. My brother is also a small business owner and still one of my mentors.”
